Conference and Events Coordinator
Help plan and run the annual Physician Innovator conference, Grand Rounds and Fireside Chats, from speaker outreach to the day itself.
About the role
Our events reach thousands of attendees: the annual conference, Grand Rounds talks from leading physician entrepreneurs, and intimate Fireside Chats. The events team makes them happen.
What you’ll do
- Help plan the annual conference: themes, speaker shortlists, run of show and logistics
- Coordinate speakers for Grand Rounds and Fireside Chats: invitations, briefings and scheduling
- Run the virtual event platform on the day: hosting, moderating Q&A and supporting speakers
- Work with communications on promotion, and with partnerships on sponsors
What you’ll gain

Who we’re looking for
- Organized, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Comfortable emailing senior physicians and executives
- Experience with Zoom or similar platforms is helpful
